About OutboundQA
OutboundQA is a pre-launch checker for cold email infrastructure. You enter one sending domain, and the free check reads public DNS records right in your browser, with no mailbox credentials and no integration with your sending tool. The result is one of three verdicts: Ready when the checked evidence passed, Needs Fix when a warning needs repair, and Do Not Launch when a critical blocker exists. Checks that cannot be determined are shown separately as Unknown.
Each report names the first blocker, the public evidence behind it, such as a DNS lookup that returned nothing, and the exact remediation step. Typical failures it targets are an SPF record that exceeds 10 DNS lookups or a missing DMARC record, a branded tracking domain whose SSL certificate is expired or mismatched, and an SMTP identity where PTR, forward DNS, HELO and the SMTP banner disagree.
After fixing the problem you rerun the same evidence to verify the repair, then either produce a signoff document for a client or keep the approved baseline under recurring checks to catch drift. The first check is free and needs no signup, and paid options are listed on the pricing page.
