About Nourish

Nourish is a gut health and food diary app. You snap a photo of a meal, describe it, scan a barcode or repeat an earlier meal, and it produces an estimated gut score on a 0 to 100 scale, broken down into microbiome support, digestibility and inflammation-related factors. The app is clear that scores are estimates, not measurements.

After eating you tap how you felt, such as great, bloated, heartburn or cramping, and logging no issues counts too. As the diary grows, Nourish lines up meals against how you felt along with sleep, calm and water so that possible patterns appear, framed as clues to explore and not a diagnosis. Weekly insights begin after a couple of weeks and possible triggers around week four. It also offers gut-friendly recipes that are scored and ready to log. It is available for iPhone.
