About Mobirise

Mobirise is an offline website builder installed on Windows or Mac. Rather than running as a hosted service, it lets you assemble pages from ready-made blocks on your own computer, edit them visually and export plain static HTML that can be hosted wherever you like.

Pages are built by dragging in blocks such as menus, galleries, sliders and contact forms, then replacing the placeholder text and media with your own. A parameters panel adjusts the options of each block. An AI mode can draft a site from a text prompt in any language, and a collection of templates is available as a starting point.

Finished sites can be published to your own hosting, to a free mobirisesite.com subdomain or to a custom domain, and drafts can be saved to a local folder. The vendor describes the application as free for personal and commercial use, which suits freelancers building sites for clients.
