About Link Meet
Link Meet is a hosted appointment-booking platform for health professionals and clinics, with a Portuguese-language website. Each professional gets a public booking page at a personal link, where clients pick a time and fill in a form, and the appointment then appears in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and an automatic reminder. It is aimed at physiotherapists, psychologists and clinics that otherwise manage bookings through WhatsApp or spreadsheets.
The public page can be customized with a cover, accent color, bio, highlights and contact links without code. A form builder supports multi-step forms with question types such as short and long text, email, phone, number, date, single and multiple choice, dropdown, yes or no, rating, consent and file upload. Forms can run before booking to collect history ahead of a first visit, or afterwards to collect feedback, and the answers are linked to the appointment that was created.
It is intended for a single practitioner or a whole clinic and syncs with existing calendars. The site states that no commission is charged on any plan and that up to ten clients can be managed free of charge.
