About LandThisJob

LandThisJob takes a different route to tailored resumes: you build a library of your own achievement bullets once, import an existing resume or write them from scratch, and then paste a job description. The AI analyzes the posting, scores your bullets by relevance and ranks them so you can pick the top matches and export a customized resume in your own words rather than generated text.

The tool is positioned around speed, with tailoring said to take about a minute, ATS-friendly output and relevance scoring for each position. A cover letter generator matches the content of your resume, supports company-specific customization and lets you choose which experiences to highlight. An AI job search that finds relevant LinkedIn jobs filtered by your skills is listed as coming soon.

LandThisJob is a hosted web service with a bullet library, resume tailoring, pricing, comparison and blog pages. Core features are described as free forever with no credit card required. A blog and a comparison page are also on the site.
