About Kitedoc
Kitedoc lets you share documents through a single link and see what happens next. You upload and convert a file, share it, and get real-time analytics at page level: views, visitors, downloads, average reading time and completion. Notifications, including Slack alerts with links to analytics and signature requests, tell you the moment someone opens or signs something.
It also handles e-signatures: you add signature fields, send the document to several signers, follow signing progress and keep a complete audit trail. A branded viewer shows PDFs with your logo and colors, password protection gates a file, and data rooms provide invite-only spaces with granular access controls, activity tracking and the ability to revoke access at any time.
For developers there is a REST API for uploading, sharing and managing documents programmatically. Kitedoc can also be connected to Claude, ChatGPT or other AI assistants to manage documents, collect signatures and check engagement in conversation. It is a hosted service with a separate pricing page.
