About Keepsake
Keepsake is a personal organization app that puts notes, tasks, contacts and publishing in one place. The idea is to capture anything in a few seconds, such as an idea, a task, a contact detail or a photo, and sort it later from an inbox. It targets creators, entrepreneurs and writers who currently spread this across a notes app, a to-do list and an address book.
Short codes link notes as you type: an at sign connects a note to a person, a hash tag files it under a project, a T+1 code turns it into a task due tomorrow, and double square brackets link to a page. Contact profiles collect past exchanges so you can recall what was discussed before a meeting. A Today view lays out the day in blocks, and tags and pages assemble projects. It works from a computer or phone, including offline.
Keepsake Pages let you publish writing and have readers subscribe, and Claude and ChatGPT can read your stored notes as memory. The interface comes in English and French. There is a 30-day free trial that needs no credit card, and further pricing is on the vendor's pricing page.
