About Hirero

Hirero covers five recruiting stages in one workspace: source, reach, prepare, interview and evaluate. Each Sourcing Search pulls 50 LinkedIn profiles for a described role and grades them from A to F, listing the strengths, weaknesses and risks behind each grade.

Outreach messages are drafted from the profile and the role, edited and approved by the recruiter, and sent from their own LinkedIn account with replies synced back. Interview guides are generated from the job description by seniority and type, with evaluation criteria per question. An assistant called Steve records interviews on Zoom, Meet or Teams, while Lisa interviews candidates at any hour through a link, and scorecards weight competencies and attach the quotes behind each score.
