About Heard

Heard is a hosted feedback tool for product makers. You create a board with a name and slug, paste a one-line script tag that adds a floating Feedback button to your site, and users can post ideas and upvote them without creating accounts.

Every post is emailed to you, with the submitter's email when provided. You set statuses such as planned, in progress and shipped, reply to posts, and a one-screen admin handles moderation. Users who asked for a feature get an email when you change its status or reply, and shipped items feed a public changelog. The site runs the widget on its own page and lists several live boards.

Your first board is free with no credit card. The site includes comparison pages against Canny and Featurebase and a page about a free Canny alternative, so it targets small teams that want a lightweight feedback tool.
