About Glance
Glance is a self-hosted dashboard that puts many feeds and status panels on one page. Instead of opening a dozen sites each morning, you describe a layout in YAML and Glance renders it as a start page you can host at home or on a server. It is written in Go and released under the AGPL-3.0 license.
The widget library covers RSS feeds, subreddit and Hacker News posts, weather forecasts, YouTube and Twitch updates, market prices, Docker container status and server stats, with support for custom widgets. Glance aims to stay light: it uses little memory, has few dependencies and relies on minimal vanilla JavaScript. Themes, extra pages and custom CSS let you adjust the look, and the recommended install is Docker Compose with a provided directory structure.
