About G-P
G-P, short for Globalization Partners, is a commercial platform that lets companies hire and pay people in other countries without setting up a local legal entity. Its employer of record product employs workers on the customer's behalf, and a separate contractor product handles engaging independent contractors across borders.
The product family includes G-P EOR, G-P Contractor and G-P Gia, an AI tool that provides compliance guidance for global HR questions. For developers and software partners there is also an API, an embedded offering and an MCP server. The vendor describes capabilities for hiring globally, managing distributed teams, global mobility and ongoing compliance, with coverage in more than 180 countries.
G-P publishes solution pages for HR, legal, finance, IT and leadership teams, as well as for startups, mid-market companies and enterprises, and for situations such as expansion, relocation, contractor conversion and entity wind-down. It is a hosted service sold by proposal, with pricing described on a separate page.
