About FuelTheGains

FuelTheGains plans a week of meals around a goal of gaining muscle, losing fat or maintaining weight. Each day includes breakfast, lunch, a shaker and dinner with photos, calories and protein, with portions worked out in grams from your weight, training and goal. If a meal does not appeal, swapping it makes the other meals shift so the day's totals still add up.

Once the week is set, every ingredient is combined into one grocery list grouped by supermarket section, with quantities in the units you buy, such as nine eggs and one bell pepper. Adaptive targets follow the scale: you weigh yourself weekly and the app adjusts calories if progress is faster or slower than planned. A dashboard shows daily nutrition and weight progress. The site offers a free 7-day trial with no credit card and cancellation at any time, with a pricing page for plans.
