About Feedboard

Feedboard collects customer feedback through a public board, an embeddable widget, an API or your own team, keeping votes, comments, source and customer identity attached to each request. Requests move through statuses such as pending, reviewing, planned, in progress, completed and closed, and duplicate posts can be merged without losing votes or followers.

A public roadmap groups work by status, and changelog posts show customers what shipped while linking back to the original requests. Private notes, unlimited feedback and an API are available on every plan, and live feedback and roadmap data can be read from other tools over an MCP connection.

The service is hosted and offers Free, Pro and Business plans, with a free start that needs no credit card. The site also has a blog about product feedback and describes the whole flow as one connected workflow from request to release.
