About Fabro
Fabro is a web workspace for tradespeople and self-employed construction professionals who need to turn accepted quotes into invoices and follow what has been paid. Each document carries your business details, VAT fields, itemized lines, dates and payment terms, and the app keeps the whole trail from quote to paid balance in one place.
Long jobs can be split into billing stages, such as deposits, project milestones and a final balance, with each requested amount tied to the project. An overview lists which documents are still drafts or already sent, when payments are due, which payments are recorded and what is overdue. On the Pro plan, a connected Stripe account adds payment links to invoices, reminders go out on a schedule you choose and stop when payment is recorded, late-fee rules can be flat, percentage-based or recurring, and supported UBL, CII and Factur-X files can be produced for French e-invoicing.
Other features include PDF export, multi-currency support and access through an API key, including from Claude Code. The site is available in English and French, and a 14-day Pro web trial is offered without a payment card.
