About EventDrop

EventDrop is a hosted service for collecting photos at weddings, birthdays and company events. The host creates an album, prints a QR code card for the tables, and guests scan it with their phone camera and upload straight from the browser without installing an app or signing in. Uploads appear in a shared gallery that guests can browse.

After the event the host can save everything as a ZIP, send it to a phone or move it to Dropbox, and the copy stays with the host even once the album expires. Higher plans add a live photo wall and slideshow, card designs for printing, co-admins and helpers, free recaps and, on the top tier, the host's own logo. Live slideshow on a tablet is included even in the demo.

Pricing is per event rather than a subscription. A free demo album lasts 3 days for up to 20 guests and 100 MB. Paid plans are Spotlight at 19 euros for 20 GB and 90 days, Premiere at 49 euros for 50 GB and 365 days, and Studio at 99 euros for 250 GB and 365 days, all with unlimited guests, plus optional extras for longer duration and a watermark-free 1080p recap.
