Cursor Talk to Figma MCP

Talk to Figma MCP is an integration based on the Model Context Protocol that connects AI coding agents to Figma. Agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex can read design files and make programmatic changes to them, which supports workflows like design automation and design-to-code. It is released under the MIT license.

The project has three parts: a TypeScript MCP server for Figma integration, a Figma plugin that communicates with the agent, and a WebSocket server that relays messages between the MCP server and the plugin. Setup uses Bun, and the setup script also installs the MCP configuration into Cursor's active project. The plugin is available from the Figma community page or can be installed locally.
