About ChessLair

ChessLair is a web app for players who keep opening preparation in scattered notes and then forget it. It stores your moves, comments and variations in one private repertoire, so the reasoning behind a line stays attached to the line itself.

Variations are organized into groups and folders, and each move can carry a comment explaining why it was chosen. You can quiz yourself by opening, group, folder or single variation, and analyze positions with Stockfish while building lines. A dashboard summarizes repertoire depth, your strongest openings, the weaker color side and recently edited prep.

The service is in open beta at version 0.1 and is a hosted commercial product. It is free to start, with larger limits available on a paid upgrade; the scraped page does not list prices.
