About ChatRAG
ChatRAG is a code boilerplate for developers and entrepreneurs who want to launch a chatbot business built on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). It is sold as a one-time purchase that the buyer owns, giving a ready application for turning their own data, or a client's, into subscription chatbot products.
The stack is built on Next.js and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS. Supabase supplies the vector database, authentication and real-time data, OpenAI handles embeddings and chat models, and OpenRouter gives access to more than 200 other LLMs. Stripe or Polar handles payments and subscriptions, LlamaCloud parses documents into RAG-ready chunks, fal.ai and Replicate add image, video and voice generation, Resend sends email, and an MCP connection links chatbots to tools such as Zapier and n8n.
