About CancelFlow

CancelFlow is a drop-in cancellation flow for SaaS and subscription businesses that bill through Stripe. Developers add a single script tag and call CancelFlow.trigger() with the subscription ID when a customer clicks cancel, and the tool fetches the remaining details from Stripe.

Instead of ending the subscription straight away, the flow presents personalized retention offers such as a pause, a discount for a number of months or a downgrade, and can collect a cancellation reason. Rules are configured in a dashboard, for example larger discounts for loyal customers and pauses for newer ones, without redeploying code. Webhooks fire when an offer is accepted so Stripe is updated automatically, and a dashboard tracks saves.

CancelFlow is a hosted commercial product with a 14-day free trial and a pricing section. It works with React, Vue or plain HTML and suits small SaaS teams that want to reduce churn without building their own flow.
