BriefBasket: features, pricing and alternatives

About BriefBasket

BriefBasket is client content collection software. You build a checklist of the files, questions, links and approvals you need, send the client one private link, and then see what has been submitted, what is missing, what is approved and what needs changes.

Clients open a simple mobile-friendly page without creating an account, and can come back later to complete the checklist over time. You can approve submissions or request changes with a comment. The site contrasts this with one-off forms that collect once, folders that only store files, and project tools that make clients learn new software.

BriefBasket is a hosted commercial service. One live project is free with no card required, and a pricing page covers other plans.
