About AriaNg
AriaNg is a modern web interface that makes aria2, the command-line download utility, easier to use. It is written in plain HTML and JavaScript, so it needs no compiler or server-side runtime: you can put the files on any web server, or open a single file locally, and connect it to an aria2 instance through RPC.
The interface supports sorting and searching tasks, retrying and reordering them by dragging, and viewing health percentages and BitTorrent peer details. Files can be filtered by type or extension, multi-directory tasks have a tree view, and download and upload speeds are charted for aria2 or a single task. It also provides a dark theme, completion notifications, multiple languages, several aria2 RPC hosts and settings import and export, using incremental requests to save bandwidth.
AriaNg is released under the MIT license and comes in three flavors: a standard version for web servers, an all-in-one single-file version, and AriaNg Native for local use without a browser. Prebuilt releases and daily builds are published on GitHub, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets as well as desktops.
