About Add More Colors to Calendar

Add More Colors to Calendar is a Chrome extension that extends the color options in Google Calendar. Instead of picking a color for one event at a time, you define rules, such as coloring every event whose title contains a keyword, and matching events are colored automatically.

Events appear as full color bars in every view rather than small dots, and manual overrides remain available. Google Tasks can be colored too, with separate rule lists for events and tasks, working in Month, Week and Day view. The Chrome Web Store lists the extension under Workflow & Planning with about 5,000 users.
