About Zephyr

Zephyr is a family of test management products from SmartBear designed to work inside Jira. Teams use it to plan test cycles, record test cases and results, and link testing activity to the development work they already track in Jira.

SmartBear says the products suit Agile, Waterfall or mixed approaches and offers three solutions to fit different team sizes and complexity, including one that runs securely on-premises as well as options built natively on Jira. The vendor also promotes AI-assisted test creation and automation within Jira. Zephyr sits alongside other SmartBear tools such as QMetry, TestComplete, Swagger and ReadyAPI.
