ZenVoice

SaaS

Lets customers generate, edit and download their own invoices from a link for payments in your Stripe account, as a one-time purchase that avoids Stripe's invoice fee.

About ZenVoice

ZenVoice is a no-code add-on for people who sell through Stripe. You connect one or more Stripe accounts with restricted API keys and get a link to share, for example in a welcome email. Customers use it to find a successful payment, add details such as a VAT number and company information, fix typos and download an invoice from an EU-compliant template, including for past purchases. This removes invoice requests from customer support and avoids the 0.4 percent fee, capped at $2, that Stripe Invoicing charges per invoice.

For the seller there is bulk download: pick a Stripe account and a date range to get one ZIP of invoices, or take the data as a CSV file for accounting and tax season. Setup is described as taking about a minute. Pricing is a one-time payment with unlimited invoices: $49 for one Stripe account or $69 for unlimited accounts, shown as launch discounts from $99 and $119.
