About ZenGrants

ZenGrants helps UK businesses write funding applications, with a focus on Innovate UK and UKRI. You upload the competition guidance PDFs and the software extracts the questions, word limits and requirements, then an AI coach interviews you about your innovation, commercial strategy and UK impact and drafts answers in your voice. Word counts, formatting checks and a requirements tracker update live to keep the application on target, and the site describes itself as compliance-first and aimed at the criteria assessors score against.

The pitch is a lower-cost alternative to grant consultants, with no equity stakes or success fees. A list of live UK grant competitions is available on the site. Pro is 55 pounds a month, or 662 pounds billed annually, with 3 active projects, 10 full drafts and 3 deep research runs a month, and Max is 79 pounds a month, or 950 pounds annually, with 10 projects, 30 drafts and 10 deep research runs. Both include unlimited AI consultant chat, and a free 30-minute scope review can be booked.
