XpressPurge

SaaS

Local-first browser extension that filters your X feed with rules and topic kits, hides clutter such as promoted posts, and adds an on-device Smart Feed in Pro.

About XpressPurge

XpressPurge is a browser extension for controlling what appears in the X timeline. You can hide posts with unlimited rules matching on keywords, handles, link domains, media types or engagement counts, and switch on any of 17 ready-made topic kits such as Crypto, AI Slop, Rage Bait, Politics and Job Spam, each with a strength slider. Kits can be imported from others. The extension can also remove promoted posts, Grok, trending topics, the Who to follow box, view counts and upsell prompts, or force the Following tab.

Everything is local-first: it needs no account or X login, and your rules, history and what it learns remain local. The Pro tier adds Smart Feed, which understands what a post is about on the device without keywords, a learning loop from See less like this that can be undone, Pack Studio with an AI Coach for drafting topic kits that you review, and unlimited feed modes such as Work, Research or Low-noise, one of which is free. Rules and all 17 kits are free forever, with a 14-day Pro trial and no card.
