About TryApprove
TryApprove gives each client a branded portal reached by a magic link, with no account or password. Inside, clients find onboarding documents, deliverables, approvals and invoices. Onboarding covers contracts with e-signature, intake questionnaires, kickoff call scheduling and welcome documents, and everything can be automated.
For deliverables, you upload images, PDFs, videos or live links with version history so clients can compare versions, and clients approve or request changes in one click or pin comments directly on designs and videos. Notifications go out automatically when tasks or versions are added, approvals are chased with reminders, and multiple client stakeholders can review in one portal. Projects are split into tasks with their own files, comments and status, and there is built-in invoicing and billing, team chat and white-label branding.
It is a hosted platform that you can start free with no credit card. The site also advertises a limited-time lifetime deal alongside its pricing page, and a blog and FAQ are available. Clients can invite several contacts to review in the same portal.
