TrustEmail

SaaS

Email validation API that checks syntax, MX records, disposable domains, relay addresses, role accounts and typos in real time, with a dashboard for bulk lists.

About TrustEmail

TrustEmail validates addresses before they enter a database. One GET request returns fields for syntax, MX records, disposable domains, public domains, relay domains, role accounts and a did-you-mean typo suggestion. It tracks more than 200,000 disposable domains, updated daily, and identifies forwarding services such as Firefox Relay, Apple Hide My Email and SimpleLogin so you can ask for a real address.

It can also flag public providers like Gmail and Yahoo to enforce work-email policies on forms, catch typos such as gmial for gmail, and flag shared inboxes such as info or support. For people who do not want an integration, a dashboard lets you upload a CSV or paste a list to validate thousands of addresses without an API key.

The service is hosted, with docs, free tools and a blog. You can validate 1,000 emails free with no credit card, and paid options are described in the pricing section. The site positions it as a way to reduce bounces and block fake signups.
