About Triggla
Triggla connects to Stripe, Shopify, Gumroad, Paddle or LemonSqueezy with a read-only, one-click connection and then runs predefined actions when billing and commerce events occur. The events it responds to include payment failures, trial expirations, subscription cancellations, refunds and completed purchases, and flow coverage depends on the platform connected.
Flows include Payment Recovery for card declines and failed orders, Trial Rescue that sends warnings before a trial ends and tries to convert it, Customer Reactivation after periods of inactivity such as 30, 60 or 90 days, Churn Recovery after cancellations, Repeat Purchase for one-time buyers, Onboarding to help customers reach value and Refund Follow-Up to collect feedback. Each flow keeps running until the customer is recovered or the attempt ends.
A dashboard summarizes active flows and what each has recovered. It is a hosted service with a 30-day free trial and no card required, setup described as about a minute, and plans starting at $12 per month.
