About Recouply

Recouply is a hosted payment recovery tool for subscription SaaS businesses that bill with Stripe Billing. You connect a Stripe restricted API key, with no code changes or migration, and it catches failed payments through instant webhook alerts. It then retries the card on an automatic schedule, by default on days 1, 3 and 7 and configurable, while sending a sequence of recovery emails that nudge the customer to update their card.

The site offers a free review of your current failed-payment setup, covering the retry schedule, recovery emails and card-update path, and says the tool is not a fit for billing outside Stripe, one-time products, teams with a dedicated finance function or enterprise billing logic. Pricing is flat rather than a percentage of recovered payments.
