TalkTheDoc

SaaS

A voice-first AI document assistant where you upload PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or images and ask questions by talking in real time.

About TalkTheDoc

TalkTheDoc lets users speak to their documents instead of typing. After uploading a file, the AI reads every page and maps its context in about ten seconds, and the user holds a live voice conversation, asking things like what the deadline is, for a summary of a section or where the budget numbers are. A text chat is available when voice is not convenient, with the conversation history saved.

The service accepts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and image files, 11 formats in total, and the site says documents are end-to-end encrypted, stored securely and deleted when the user removes them. The Pro plan costs $12 a month and includes unlimited documents and messages, 5 hours of voice a month using Gemini voice AI and priority support, and a yearly option costs $99, about $8.25 a month.
