About Supascans

Supascans turns images and PDFs into editable output. Users upload handwritten notes, job sheets, receipts, invoices or photos in PNG, JPG, JPEG or PDF up to 15 MB, an AI extracts and cleans the text, and the result can be copied or exported. Several tools are organized by output type: to text (handwritten notes, images, receipts, invoices, job sheets), to document (formatted text ready for Word or archiving) and to spreadsheet (receipts and invoices into Excel or CSV with items, taxes and line items).

The site compares the conversion with manual typing, which is slow and error-prone, and says the AI removes junk and organizes the text into a readable format. A free tier offers one scan per day, accounts are needed to use the tools, and a Pro plan is available. The FAQ also covers accuracy, editing extracted text, language support and data security.
