About Sonata

Sonata is a web app, branded ScoreCrafter on its homepage, that turns a song link into a readable piano score. You paste a YouTube, TikTok or direct audio URL, the server fetches the audio, and the app produces a piano transcription you can view as staff notation and play back in the browser with timing from the original track.

Two arrangement modes control the detail: Simple gives a cleaner part with fewer notes, while Regular keeps more of the song. A demo works without signup, showing a six-row preview. A free account saves generated pieces to a library. The Pro plan unlocks full transcriptions and downloads in MIDI, PDF and MusicXML formats. The site notes that results are automated and are meant as a starting point for practice and arranging, not as a replacement for a human copyist.
