About Smeta

Smeta is a renovation helper for iPhone with a Russian-language App Store listing. You set a budget at the start and follow how much has been spent by stage and category, such as electrical, plumbing, rough work, plastering, finishing, furniture and appliances. A progress view shows the share used and the remaining funds, and notifications fire when a third, half, 80 percent and all of the budget has been spent.

A photo journal records electrical, plumbing and walls before they are covered, so you know where pipes and wires run later. Drawings, layouts, receipts and contracts live in one document library with in-app viewing of photos and PDFs. You can invite a partner, a foreman or a designer by QR code with role-based access, so a foreman or designer sees purchase names and dates but not the amounts. It also supports several projects at once for flippers and crews, with light and dark themes in Russian, Kazakh and English.
