Setorio is a hosted platform for productized agencies and freelancers who sell services as recurring plans. Each client gets a branded portal where they follow progress, view deliverables and manage their subscription, while the agency organizes deliverables per client with statuses and priorities.

Billing runs on the agency's own Stripe account: recurring plans and pricing tiers are created, subscriptions renew automatically and invoices are issued by Stripe, so payments land directly in the agency's account and the agency stays the merchant of record. Moneybird for Dutch bookkeeping is on the roadmap. Plans differ by client count and features: Solo for up to 5 active clients with a custom portal domain and task management, Studio for up to 15 clients with branding removal, custom branding, internal notes, integrations and webhooks, and Agency with unlimited clients and email sent from your own domain over SMTP. A plan only activates when the first client subscription is paid, and yearly billing saves 17 percent.
