Sendcloud is a shipping platform for ecommerce businesses, especially in Europe. It connects a web shop with couriers so merchants can compare carriers, print labels, automate shipping choices and offer customers tracking and returns without becoming logistics experts.
The platform lists integrations with shop systems and marketplaces such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Magento and PrestaShop, plus a wide set of couriers including DPD, GLS, DHL, FedEx and UPS. Merchants can use pre-negotiated carrier rates or bring their own contracts, and the vendor publishes sample per-parcel prices on its homepage.
