About Rawnd

Rawnd is a web app for culling and developing RAW photos on any computer with a desktop browser, including Chromebooks, Linux machines and locked-down work computers. You open the folder with your RAW files, and the first photo appears in about a second, with no import step or catalogue. It supports 15 RAW formats including CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, DNG and ORF.

Culling uses two keys, one to keep a frame and one to reject it, and assisted culling groups bursts and names the sharpest frame of each. Photos can be developed and exported as JPEGs into a folder, or as XMP sidecars so Lightroom opens the shoot already rated and sorted. Rawnd says it has no server, so photos never leave the machine, and it works offline after the first visit. A separate page converts a single RAW file on a phone.
