About PuffStop

PuffStop is a quit-smoking app that avoids going cold turkey. You enter how much you smoke today, and it builds a structured 10-week plan that lowers a weekly cigarette limit until the goal is zero. The plan list shows every weekly limit from week one to week ten.

Each time you smoke you tap Add Puff, and the app logs it and shows daily limits and totals, plus the hours when cravings hit hardest. Statistics show weekly and monthly charts and your highest- and lowest-count days. The developer notes that the app gives no medical advice and does not count as a medical device.
