About PromptVault
PromptVault is a hosted prompt content manager for teams building with LLMs. It stores prompt text and metadata in one dashboard, so changing a prompt does not mean editing the repo, opening a pull request and redeploying. An edit saved in the browser is picked up by the next request.
Your code keeps calling its own LLM client with no proxy or gateway in between, and the product names providers and runtimes such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and Ollama, plus your own gateway. Every version is tracked in an activity feed showing who changed what, with one-click diff and rollback, and each save fires a signed webhook so traces can be tied to a prompt version.
Prompts can be promoted from draft to staging to live under the same prompt ID. Non-engineers such as product or support staff can edit prompts in the browser without a GitHub account, while owners control keys, integrations and access. An AI Evaluator runs a daily structural review and queues issues such as conflicting instructions.
