About Prismatic
Prismatic is an embedded integration platform for B2B SaaS companies. It gives software vendors a place to build integrations once and deploy them to many customers, with the hosting, authentication, per-customer configuration, multi-tenant deployment and monitoring handled by the platform rather than by the vendor's own engineers.
Developers write integrations in TypeScript, optionally with AI tooling, and can ship a shared integration or a bespoke one for a single account. End users can assemble their own multi-step workflows inside the host product, with an AI copilot that builds a workflow from a plain-language description. An MCP flow server exposes integrations and workflows as tools that AI agents can call.
Prismatic is a hosted commercial product with a free trial and demo option. The vendor describes it as purpose-built for B2B software teams, from startups to large enterprises, and provides documentation, solutions pages and a pricing page for evaluation.
