Pray Focus: features, pricing and alternatives

About Pray Focus

Pray Focus combines a prayer habit tool with an app blocker. It uses the phone's built-in screen time controls to lock apps like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and they stay locked until you complete a prayer, so reaching for the feed becomes a prompt to pray instead.

After each prayer you can reflect, write in a prayer journal and track your mood over time. The app offers daily Bible verses and traditional prayers for different life situations that suit Catholic, Protestant or Orthodox readers, and an AI Bible chat lets you ask questions and explore Scripture.

Streaks help build the habit by rewarding consecutive days of prayer. The site says the app works offline, is privacy friendly and is free to use, and it links to customer reviews and a FAQ so you can check how it works before installing it.
