About Postal Form
PostalForm is a hosted service for mailing documents without a printer or a visit to the post office. You upload a PDF or Word file from your computer or phone, or write a letter in the browser, confirm the addresses, approve the total, and the service prints it, prepares the envelope and postage and hands it to USPS.
Delivery options include expedited shipping in 1 to 3 days and Certified Mail with a return receipt when you need proof of delivery. No account is needed to start, delivery estimates are shown up front, and the price begins at $3.40.
Beyond single letters, the site covers filling in government forms such as IRS, USCIS, DMV, court and benefits forms, credit report dispute letters, sending one letter to many addresses from a CSV, merging, editing or splitting PDFs in the browser, and sending flowers with a note to a US address. It also has pages for developers and agents, including an MCP option.
