PhoneDiffusion

PhoneDiffusion makes your iPhone or iPad a private AI image studio by running Stable Diffusion locally. It runs Stable Diffusion directly on the device, so prompts, source images and results are not uploaded to a cloud service. After you download a model once, you can create offline without an account, and there is no cloud queue or credit counter.

The app covers text to image, live generation that updates as you change the prompt, inpainting where you paint over an area and describe the replacement, image to image with adjustable edit strength, on-device background removal and upscaling up to 4x. It recommends compatible models for your device, including faster Stable Diffusion 1.5 variants and, on supported hardware, SDXL models for higher quality, with controls for negative prompts, size, steps, guidance and variations, plus custom workflows and a private gallery.

An internet connection is needed to download the app and models, verify purchases and receive updates, and performance depends on the device. The interface is in ten languages, the age rating is 18+, and the app is free to download with in-app purchases.
