About Nuvy

Nuvy replaces paper loyalty cards for local merchants. A small NFC tag is stuck near the till, and when a customer taps it with their phone, a loyalty card in the shop's colors is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no application to install and no hardware for the merchant to wire up.

The merchant follows customers from a dashboard that lists clients, statistics, segments and notifications, and validates visits by scan. The site describes card customization, optional notifications and optional Google review requests, along with data and GDPR information, and lists shop types such as restaurants, pizzerias, hairdressers, bars and cafes, bakeries and delis. Installation is described as taking five minutes with no commitment. The base price is 20 euros a month, with the notifications and Google reviews as separate options, and the site is in French.
