About Migraine0
Migraine0 is a migraine diary designed to reduce the daily effort of tracking. You confirm a headache-free day with one tap, and if pain appeared you record only intensity, the impact on your day and acute medication. Voice check-ins can be reviewed before saving.
A 28-day calendar shows confirmed and missing days and counts headache days, migraine days and days with acute medication, and records pain intensity and how much it affected your day. The app does not fill gaps by guessing. It can generate a clinician-readable PDF summarizing confirmed entries, how complete the diary is, the treatment period and key totals to share at an appointment.
It also reviews possible patterns using your diary plus, if you opt in, Apple Health, weather and air-quality context, presented as associations and not as diagnoses. The interface is low-stimulation and dark, with optional reminders, in English and French. It is free to download with in-app purchases.
