About Mall4j

Mall4j is a Java ecommerce shop system whose open-source edition targets single-merchant B2C stores. The repository provides the main building blocks of an online mall: products with specifications and SKUs, orders, members, a shopping cart, payments, permissions, content management and statistics. The documentation is mainly in Chinese.

The current line is built on Spring Boot 4, Sa-Token for authorization, MyBatis and MyBatis-Plus, Redis and a Vue 3 front end. The maintainers describe the open edition as suitable for learning, evaluation, secondary development and building enterprise shop prototypes. Features such as multi-merchant support, supply chain, SaaS, cross-border commerce and multi-channel delivery are described as part of other, commercial versions.

The open edition is licensed under AGPL-3.0, while closed-source commercial use, private delivery and enterprise support require a commercial license from the vendor. It suits Java teams that want a source-level starting point for a mini-program, H5 or app-based store.
