About MailNest

MailNest collects email addresses for waitlists without needing a backend. You create a project, get a hosted signup link or an API key, and paste an HTML or React snippet into your site. Visitors enter an email and you see the list in your dashboard, and you can export it to CSV or a spreadsheet at any time.

The free plan includes a hosted signup page, while embedding a form on your own domain with an API key is a Pro feature. A return URL can send subscribers to a thank-you page after signup. It stores only the email and a timestamp, and the site describes minimal data and clear ownership of the list.

Listed uses are pre-launch waitlists, event RSVPs, restock alerts, light newsletter signups and feature-interest lists. The site states you can start free with one project and upgrade to Pro for more projects or embedding on your own domain.
