About Formspark
Formspark is a hosted form backend that turns an ordinary HTML form into something that delivers submissions to an inbox. Site owners paste a Formspark endpoint into their form's action, keep their own markup and styles, and the service handles the servers, databases and analytics behind it.
Every submission is stored and checked for spam, and suspected spam is held back so it does not reach the inbox. Messages can be sent by email or passed on to Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, webhooks or a custom backend, and stored submissions can be exported. JavaScript is optional but supported.
Formspark is a commercial service with a free trial that does not need a credit card, and plans are listed on its pricing page. It is aimed at agencies, freelancers, developers and marketing teams that build static sites and want reliable form handling without maintaining a backend.
