About FormPlume

Form Plume replaces the backend work behind a contact form. You create a free endpoint, paste its URL into the form's action and it handles what follows: receiving and validating the request, layered spam filtering, email notifications and routing, a searchable submissions inbox and delivery to other tools. Plain HTML works and JavaScript is optional.

Submissions can go to your inbox, Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp, with signed webhooks for anything else, retries and plan limits handled for you. The site lists a build-it-yourself comparison covering API routes, CAPTCHA, email providers, databases and admin screens, and it also mentions building with AI agents. The free plan includes 500 submissions a month with no credit card, and Pro starts at $9 a month.
