About lumi

lumi tackles late-night phone use and hard mornings. You set a bedtime and wake time and it builds a schedule, with calming wind-down activities such as guided breathing, body relaxation and soundscapes, and a brain dump and gratitude journal that is stored only on your device. At bedtime, all apps except calls and messages are blocked behind a lock screen until wake time, with one to three customizable emergency unlocks of five minutes each.
